Our members’ olive groves stretch over a surface of more than 6.170 acres and the two most important olive varieties in them are called “picual” and “hojiblanca”. Our members take the most possible care of their growth to ensure the highest final fruit quality.
Over 3.700 acres of vineyards are cultivated by our members. Under the shelter of the Protected Appelation of Origin (PAO) “Montilla-Moriles” we manufacture our fino wine, with a high natural degree of alcohol, from our classical Pedro Ximénez grape variety, as well as young wines obtained from varieties like Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.
Other types of wine are produced under the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) “Vinos de la Tierra de Córdoba”, both young and aged, from the Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Tempranillo varieties.
