The making

Made with selected Pedro Ximénez white grapes collected late in the harvesting season so they areoverripe are then sun-dried, thus acquiring their high natural sugar content. Alcoholic strength 15% by volume. Oxidative aging in American oak casks in the system of “criaderas y solera” (growing and vintage).

Tasting notes

The wine looks clean and dense, with iodine and mahogany and slightly green nuances. It has a very high aromatic intensity, which is the perfect combination of primary aromas of dried fruit, raisins, figs and flashes of aging, oak, spices and nuances of liquorice flavour. It is sweet in the mouth and lightly salty and has a persistent smell of dried fruit and oaked wine.
